What is 'Test and Measure' you may ask?

Well, you have been doing it to some degree your entire business life. Remember that time some random called up and you asked them 'do you mind me asking where you heard about us?' - well - good on you, you were testing and measuring. Or, that time you lost out big time on a quote because the bank balance was bleeding - again, measuring how well you did on 'that job'.

There are sooo many applications of test and measure in your business, and, as daunting as it may seem, you need to be across a LOT of test and measure activities.
