ABCD Clients

As tradie business owners we are so focused and busy serving our clients that we never actually stop to think if the client is actually serving us, our businesses and yes our families.

If we look at the 80/20 rule it says 80% of our sales come from 20% of our clients and likewise can be said for 80% of our problems come from 20% of our clients.

With the ABCD client model we categories our client into 4 categories

A - Love Em
B - Like Em
C - Level Em Up or Let Em Go
D - Leave Em

This helps us know which clients to focus on (those that bring in 80% of sales) and which of those problem clients we should stop working with because they are actually costing us our precious time, energy & money.
