As trades business owners, what we are not good at is telling people about the things we do, we need to keep in mind that our customers really have no clue what it takes to do a job, the regulations, what's standard service and what not. They think it's all just part and parcel of what you do. So we need to communicate what we do and that it's actually not part of a standard service - do you have a dustless sanding system? Can they track their tradies etc. These are the things that start setting you apart from your competitors.
