Getting random referrals from word of mouth is sadly not a strategy. In this video we are going to teach you what a referral strategy is, the steps to create one and how to have your clients busting at the guts to support you on your mission to get the right kinda business.

So, what is not a referral strategy?
A referral strategy is not random leads that come through from WOM - that is word of mouth. WHY? You may ask? Well because there's no real strategy behind it. How often do you get the leads? Is it the type of business you want and how are you ensuring you meet your sales/revenue targets?  

If you can't answer these, it's what I like to call a hope and pray strategy.

So what is a Referral Strategy?

In simple terms a referral strategy is all about rewarding your clients for finding the right clients and doing your selling for you, helping you grow your business. Done right referrals are one of the most cost effective marketing strategies out there.
