Motivators internally drive us to make decisions, and to behave in a certain way. They are what sits underneath our behaviour and are less obvious to identify that DISC behavioural traits.

Knowing the motivation of your staff members will assist you to work with them in a way that gives you an insight into how to motivate them in their work in your business.

They will also indicate to you at times, when you feel you are having a 'personality clash' or difference in values alignment - perhaps why this might be happening.
