Legend Status Service Inclusions

The Service comprises of a 4 week rotating program that runs as follows:

Week one: Group 90 day planning session & Hot Seats- 1 hr

In this section, you will be making a plan for the months ahead, breaking down your 90 Day plan into more bite sized pieces. We have learned that this works better for our tradie business owners, and takes the overwhelm out - just focussing on ONE goal at a time. The Legend's HOT SEAT get all your answers from all of your group members - then GET IMPLEMENTING!

Week two: Group Finance session - 1 hr

In this session with your coach, you will be covering off on our Legends Finance Spreadsheet - the ones built by our Head Finance Coach. You will cover off and have regular reviews of: Operational Expenses, Employee costs, Monthly KPI's, Breakeven, among other things.
You will be responsible for inputting your data into the mega spreadsheet and bringing your results and outcomes to the session each month. WE will coach you through all the change you will need to hit the right marks with your numbers.

Week three: Legends Learn to Earn Group Session - 1 hr

In this session, we will be delivering you specific education related to Trades business.

Week four: Group accountability call - 1 hr

You will jump on a call with your crew to discuss the outcomes of the month. Run through your focus sheets - Wins, Challenges, Actions, What you need support with, what's coming up for the next month.
